FrostAir Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
• The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used products
• Items returned after 7 days

How to initiate a return: Email us at customerservice@frostair.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
